is a resident of Naples, Maine. Mr. Bourque graduated from the University of Detroit, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.A. degree and received a Doctorate from the University of Maine Law School. He was admitted to the Maine Bar in 1972. Mr. Bourque is a partner in the Sanford law firm of Bourque & Clegg, providing general legal services in Southern York County. |

is a resident of Kennebunk, Maine. Mr. Brunelle is owner and President of Sportshoe Center, Inc., a Kennebunk based retailer of athletic shoes and apparel with locations in Maine and Northern New England. Previously Mr. Brunelle held officer positions with Ocean National Bank of Kennebunk, Maine. Mr. Brunelle is an active officer with the United States Air Force Auxiliary/Civil Air Patrol. |

Ms. Forbes Darling participates in various and related trade and industry associations and is a member of the Wells Chamber of Commerce and the Wells Rotary Club. |

Ms. Harrison is the co-founder and CEO of Global Children United (GCU), a de novo non-governmental organization developing partnerships between students worldwide to mitigate ethnic, racial and religious prejudices. GCU also develops direct children-to-children poverty alleviation programs. Ms. Harrison previously designed and led the global corporate communications, government affairs and corporate philanthropy functions at Fairchild Semiconductor International. |

is a resident of Kennebunkport, Maine. He retired in 2003 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Provident Bankshares and Provident Bank in Baltimore. Prior to that, he served as President of Provident Bankshares and Provident Bank from 1990 through 1998. |
